Order Processing and Shipping
We process and dispatch your orders within 1 to 3 days.

Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped the next day (except for custom orders, such as embroidery on a pouch).

Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
If additional questions or clarifications arise, we will contact you before shipping.

Nova Poshta, International Shipping via Nova Poshta Global, Ukrposhta, and Meest Post.
International Shipping
If a customer fails to pick up the order on time or refuses to pay for shipping services (including delivery, storage, forwarding, etc.), and the order was sent internationally (outside of Ukraine), the item may be written off and disposed of. In such a case, the cost of the item will not be refunded to the customer.
If a customer needs additional logistical operations for an item shipped internationally (including but not limited to redirection to an address in Ukraine), all costs associated with these operations must be covered by the customer. Failure to pay for these services may result in the item being written off and disposed of without compensation.
If reshipping is deemed impractical (e.g., due to high shipping costs), we may offer an alternative solution (such as placing a new prepaid order that includes shipping costs). In such cases, the item deemed impractical to reship may be written off and disposed of.
Order Processing Mechanism
All incoming orders are immediately processed by our managers.
If you have provided all the necessary details, your order will be automatically confirmed (without a call from a manager), and you will receive an SMS notification informing you that the order has been sent to the warehouse for preparation and shipment.
If any information is missing from the order, a manager will contact you to clarify the required details.
Product Inspection Upon Delivery
⚠ Attention!
Please check the order completeness, packaging integrity, and the absence of mechanical damage upon receiving your parcel. You can do this in the presence of the courier or delivery service staff.
We are not responsible for items that were not inspected for damages or defects at the time of pickup from the delivery service.
If you find missing items or damage, you have the right to refuse payment and reject the order. In such cases, please contact us immediately.
